Our Story
It started with a simple truth:

Lighthouse Virtual Solutions was founded in 2019 by Glory Eguabor, an Administrative & Operations Management Professional, a Digital Work Expert and Founder of Remote Tribe Africa, an organization building Africa’s remote-ready workforce.
She saw CEOs, Non-profit founders, Coaches, Consultants and Small Business Owners burning out too easily, not because they were not capable, but because they were trying to be EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE, all at once.
“Whenever I see this, I always think, ‘If only they had a team to help them organize, delegate, and breathe again’.”
That dream team became Lighthouse Virtual Assists: a system-driven agency powered by skilled talent, clear processes, and technology that makes delegation easy and results measurable.
